What causes racism?

Accordingt to Dictionary.com racism is a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human races determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving the idea that one's own race is superior and has the right to rule others. Trough many years people have been asking and trying to find out why some persons have a racial attitude towards others. It is true that humans are always trying to survive, and that for doing it they prefer to be sorrounded by persons who look physically similar or familiar to them, but this is not actually a major cause of this social problem. The ideals kids are raised with, the influence of parents, familiars, friends, tv programes, radio, news, movies, books, and the unfamiliriaty with other ethcnic groups are a primary causes of racism. To the before list can be added the fact that naturally a big part of the population is selfish and comformist, and also believe a lot in their historical background, sometimes making the mistake of learning from errors committed the past. Racism is a bad and intolerant practice natural of human beings and caused by different things.
